Using SuperCORR A corrosion protection and dry lubrication for maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in aircraft.
The remarkable effects of using SuperCORR A , a corrosion inhibitive lubricant spray which meets the requirements of Mil-L-87177A are reported in detail in this paper by Scott Dotson in a USAF study for aircraft reliability and maintenance. SuperCORR A is safe with all metals and plastics and other materials of construction. The dry film is self healing and can be used for electrical and mechanical maintenance to improve reliability and reduce failures in use due to corrosion.
